É recomendado que a ingestão de sódio seja limitada a aproximadamente 2,0 g/dia (equivalente a aproximadamente 5,0 g de sal por dia) na população em geral, mas principalmente nos hipertensos.
Ou seja, dieta NORMOSSÓDICA
É preciso ter cuidado com questões mais antigas, pois muitas já estão desatualizadas!
